Job Description

PHD UK is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join their team in London. The Business Operations Manager will take the lead on individual projects and collaborate with the Business Operations, Data & Tech teams on shared projects. The role involves collaborating with the agency, as the team connects all Client Collectives and Craft Hubs. A portion of time will be dedicated to implementing and maintaining a specific finance process, ensuring adoption and compliance, in collaboration with the Business Operations Director and Head of Digital Investment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how an agency operates and be confident in managing projects from the start. They should be able to quickly transition between tasks, maintaining a calm and friendly approach. Strong attention to detail, efficiency, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential. A background in media planning/buying is preferable.
