Job Description
Instawork is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join their Stadium team. This role is responsible for ensuring the success of large venue partners. The Strategic Account Manager will report to the Director of Sports & Entertainment and will be a critical member of the Account Management team.

Role involves:
  • Maintaining high partner retention and satisfaction.
  • Meeting and exceeding growth goals.
  • Managing order generation and ensuring high fill rates.
  • Managing projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Staying up-to-date on partner business and industry trends.
  • Completing formal executive-level QBRs.
  • Escalating partner feedback to improve the overall partner experience.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in hospitality, large events, or sports & entertainment.
  • Proven track record of delivering on quota.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel (10-33% of time).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and experience managing large projects.
  • Confident in speaking with C-Level executives.
