The ideal candidate will oversee sensitive investigations, resolve escalated worker relations issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. • Leading and mentoring the Trust & Safety Escalations team.
• Overseeing investigations and responses to escalations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational workflows.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Acting as a point of contact for executive leadership.
• Analyzing data trends to identify emerging risks.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensuring 24/7 operational coverage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, risk management, or related fields.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience working with Legal teams.
• Strong executive presence.
• Expertise in managing high-severity escalations.
• Proven ability to develop scalable operational processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
