Job Description
Instawork is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Team Lead - Training to join their team. This role is responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions, creating high-quality training materials, and ensuring that all content aligns with learning objectives and performance outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of content creation principles, and training facilitation. In addition, they should be enthusiastic about identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

The role involves:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining training materials, including manuals, guides, newsletters, presentations, and handouts.
  • Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions to educate employees on key topics.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other content development tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
