Enterprise Support Specialist

Job Description

Instawork is seeking an Enterprise Support Specialist to support partners' Vendor Management Systems (VMS). This role involves worker assignment, timesheet creation, and billing processes to ensure efficient management of temporary workers. The specialist will collaborate with the Partner Relations team to maintain a seamless workforce management system.Role involves:

• Collaborating with the Enterprise Ops -US team to understand workforce needs and VMS requirements.
• Assigning workers to specific VMS job orders.
• Generating and maintaining timesheets for temporary workers.
• Assisting in the billing process by providing accurate payment information.
• Addressing partner inquiries related to billing and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensuring data accuracy and implementing quality control measures.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for resolving partner disputes.
• Maintaining positive relationships with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize VMS processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Business, Payroll, Revenue ops, VMS, or invoicing.
• Basic understanding of workforce management and VMS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
