Instawork is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to their AI-powered labor marketplace. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions. They will collaborate with product managers and designers to build features, provide feedback to other engineers, and support a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.Role involves:

• Designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions
• Prioritizing features and projects
• Working on complex software projects
• Collaborating with PMs and designers
• Providing feedback to engineers

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of professional experience with high traffic web/mobile applications
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in frontend technologies like React, Redux, and Responsive Design Systems
• Understanding of modern frontend ecosystem
• Experience in building applications at scale, distributed systems, and relational databases
