Instawork is seeking a General Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts for their new Hiring product. This role involves spearheading a cross-functional team to drive product adoption and growth, working closely with the CEO and other executives. The ideal candidate will possess strong GTM execution skills and strategic thinking capabilities, with experience in HR tech, staffing, or recruiting being highly preferred. Former founders are especially encouraged to apply.
Role involves:
Leading a cross-functional team to develop and execute GTM strategies.
Engaging with existing and potential customers of Instawork Hiring.
Driving market penetration and customer acquisition.
Motivating and developing talent across the organization.
Requirements:
Heavy user of AI tools.
Proven leadership experience in HR tech, staffing, or recruiting.
Ambition and speed of execution.
In-office presence in San Francisco or Chicago, 5 days a week, with a commitment of at least 60 hours per week.
