Instawork is seeking a General Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts for their new Hiring product. This role is crucial for driving product adoption and growth by leading a cross-functional team of sales, account management, and marketing professionals. The General Manager will work closely with Instawork's CEO and other executives to achieve the company's vision of creating economic opportunity for local businesses and professionals.Role involves:
Leading a cross-functional team to develop and execute GTM strategies.
Engaging with existing and potential customers of Instawork Hiring.
Driving market penetration and customer acquisition.
Motivating and developing talent across the organization.
Requirements:
Heavy user of AI tools.
Proven leadership experience in HR tech, staffing, or recruiting.
Ambition and speed of execution.
In-office presence in San Francisco or Chicago, 5 days a week, with a commitment of at least 60 hours per week.
