Job Description
Instawork is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team. This role is responsible for establishing business relationships between Instawork and mid-enterprise light industrial organizations. The ideal candidate will have outside, field sales experience, ideally in mid-market or enterprise verticals, and a track record of exceeding quota.

Role involves:
  • Establishing collaborative business relationships with prospective clients.
  • Executing the sales strategy for Instawork's B2B mobile marketplace app.
  • Utilizing a consulting sales process to demonstrate Instawork's value.
  • Expanding accounts in the initial months.
  • Working an assigned account list, focusing on new client acquisition.
  • Conducting field prospecting activities.
  • Providing accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
  • Collaborating with sales and operations teams.
  • Providing product feedback.
  • Maintaining a healthy Salesforce pipeline.
  • Managing time effectively between office work and field activities.
  • Demonstrating products or services through in-person presentations.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of B2B field sales experience with a focus on net-new business acquisition.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Experience with a sales process and methodology (Solutions selling, Challenger, or other).
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation/prospecting via door-to-door prospecting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo.
  • Must be based in the Greater Los Angeles, CA Area.
