Instawork is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team. This role is responsible for establishing business relationships between Instawork and mid-enterprise light industrial organizations. The ideal candidate will have outside, field sales experience, ideally in mid-market or enterprise verticals.What This Role Involves:
Establishing collaborative business relationships with prospective clients.
Executing the sales strategy for the B2B mobile marketplace app.
Utilizing a consulting sales process to demonstrate Instawork's value.
Strategically working an assigned account list for new client acquisition.
Conducting field prospecting activities and attending industry events.
Providing accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
Collaborating with sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth.
Providing product feedback to supporting teams and the VP of Sales.
Managing time effectively between office work and field activities.
Demonstrating products or services through in-person presentations.
Requirements:
3+ years of B2B field sales experience with a focus on net-new business acquisition.
A track record of consistently exceeding quota.
Experience following a sales process and methodology (Solutions selling, Challenger, or other).
At least 2 years of experience in lead generation/prospecting via door-to-door prospecting.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo.
