Job Description
Smartly is seeking a Managed Service Support professional to join their team in Manila. This role involves supporting the Senior Project Manager in the overall delivery of campaigns, ensuring the successful production of creatives, and maintaining alignment with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in campaign or project management within the digital advertising industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Senior Project Manager in campaign delivery.
  • Performing asset reviews and coordinating with developers.
  • Ensuring storyboards/mocks align with brand guidelines.
  • Implementing revision requests accurately.
  • Liaising with the design and development team.
  • Checking campaign reports for defaults and flagging issues.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a campaign or project management role.
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry landscape.
  • Flawless written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and deliver difficult news.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of developers.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and a self-starter.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule and hybrid setup.
