The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction for electronic-star / klarstein products sold through Polish online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing complaints and returns, and proactively addressing negative reviews.
The role involves:
- Managing customer satisfaction on Polish online marketplaces.
- Responding to customer inquiries and issues.
- Managing complaints and returns.
- Contacting seller support and account managers.
- Recording cases in reporting.
- Participating in team meetings.
