The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction for electronic-star / klarstein products sold through Polish online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing complaints and returns, and proactively addressing negative reviews.

The role involves:

  • Managing customer satisfaction on Polish online marketplaces.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Managing complaints and returns.
  • Contacting seller support and account managers.
  • Recording cases in reporting.
  • Participating in team meetings.
