Berlin Brands Group is seeking a Team Lead for their Accounts Payable team in Bratislava, Slovakia. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end AP processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations. They will manage a team of AP professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. This role involves collaborating with internal departments and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors.
- Overseeing end-to-end AP processes
- Managing payment runs
- Monitoring and improving AP workflow automation

- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of AP professionals

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in OFFICE 365 aps, SAP GUI or S/4HANA for AP processes
- Strong team management, coaching, and leadership capabilities
