Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Director of Data Operations to lead the Portfolio Data Operations team. This role is based in Addepar’s Edinburgh, UK office. The Director will be responsible for ensuring Addepar's clients have timely and high-quality data. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic problem-solving and have a proven track record of building impactful teams focused on operational excellence.
Role Involves:
- Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for portfolio data operations.
- Overseeing operational workflows for portfolio and aggregator data feeds.
- Implementing KPI tracking and metrics to measure operational effectiveness.
- Identifying opportunities for process automation and innovation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.
- Managing a global team and fostering a strong team culture.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in the financial investment/advisory/fin-tech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of capital markets and trading operations.
- Expertise in data operations and data management.
- Proven experience in using process automation and workflow re-engineering.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Experience in leading global teams and cross-functional projects.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
