Sr. Product Designer - Platform Architecture

Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their UX & Design team. This role focuses on shaping wealth managers’ digital experiences through intuitive product design. The Senior Product Designer will contribute to the underlying frameworks that empower Addepar's ecosystem.

Role involves:

• Evolving the platform's information architecture.
• Crafting shared components and design patterns.
• Championing user-centered design practices.
• Understanding the technical architecture of the software platform.
• Collaborating with product managers and UX researchers.
• Communicating design effectively across teams.
• Promoting the design vision across the R&D organization.
• Seeking and providing feedback to peers.
• Staying current with industry trends.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design, Information Architecture, or similar.
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered design practices and information architecture design.
• Experience in building SaaS platforms and web UI for enterprise users.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and pattern libraries.
• Strong system thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
