Product Data Analyst

Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Product Data Analyst to join its Business Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering data-driven decisions related to product design, client management, and business priorities. This role involves developing a deep understanding of Addepar's clients, products, and product development workflows. The Product Data Analyst will support major company initiatives by defining and monitoring success metrics, dissecting user behaviors, and gathering and analyzing data to support decision-making.Role involves:

• Collaborating with product, engineering, and business partners to understand data needs.
• Assessing data availability and quality.
• Analyzing and visualizing data to generate actionable insights.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to business partners.
• Enabling self-service monitoring of key metrics.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in a business and/or product analytics role.
• 3+ years of experience building reports and dashboards with BI tools (Looker preferred).
• Solid understanding of SQL, Python, and other analytics programming languages.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with business partners from various teams.
• Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus.
