Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their Core Client Success Team. This role is crucial for driving client success throughout the post-sales lifecycle. The Client Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client businesses and needs to maximize the value they derive from the Addepar platform. This position directly impacts the company's growth by ensuring client adoption, retention, and renewal.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing a deep understanding of the Addepar platform.
  • Providing client support during implementation and business reviews.
  • Developing success plans for a pool of clients.
  • Providing continuing education and insights to clients.
  • Assisting in the identification of new revenue opportunities.
  • Advocating for clients and building strong cross-functional relationships.
Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of experience in a RIA, Single Family Office, or Multi Family Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Technology knowledge to engage with product groups.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Experience building and improving client engagement strategies.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and establish relationships with key influencers.
  • Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to travel.
