Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive client success throughout the post-sales lifecycle. This role involves strategic guidance and partnership to ensure clients derive maximum value from the Addepar platform, leading to adoption, retention, and renewal. The Client Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client businesses and needs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of the Addepar platform.
- Providing client support during implementation and business reviews.
- Developing success plans for a pool of clients.
- Providing continuing education and insights to clients.
- Assisting in the identification of new revenue opportunities.
- Advocating for clients and building strong working relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in a RIA or Single Family Office oriented business.
- Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Technology knowledge to engage with product groups.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Experience building and improving client engagement strategies.
- Ability to establish relationships with key influencers.
- Ability to navigate data and people to find answers.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Openness to travel.
