Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Client Support Analyst to join their Client Services team in Edinburgh. The Client Services team is responsible for managing client health for all new and existing Addepar clients. The Support Analyst will play a critical role in supporting sophisticated investors, helping them use Addepar to run their businesses.
The ideal candidate will be tenacious in tackling problems, able to coordinate internal teams, and enjoy working directly with clients.
What this role involves:
- Identifying, responding to, and resolving issues and questions raised by Addepar’s clients
- Providing hands-on support to clients to ensure their ongoing happiness
- Working in complex data sets to identify and resolve client issues
- Evaluating the criticality of issues and escalating problems within Addepar
- Working closely with Engineering and Data teams to resolve issues
- Working effectively with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain client satisfaction
- Helping clients leverage Addepar to the greatest extent possible through instruction
- Prioritising and context-switching effectively to execute on simultaneous cases
- Becoming an expert on all things Addepar
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Outstanding communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in maths
- Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
- Passion for technology and finance
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role
- Previous experience in investment management (Plus)
- Fluent in Spanish (Plus)
