Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Data Client Support Analyst to join their team in Pune. The Client Support Team ensures clients receive timely responses and resolutions to data-related support needs. This involves overseeing transaction and position processing, ensuring data quality, and assisting clients with data-related inquiries.Responsibilities:
  • Effectively address client inquiries related to Addepar’s custodial data feeds and data product functionalities.
  • Manage and execute requests from internal Data teams that require client outreach.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot client-reported bugs and data processing issues.
  • Partner with Account Managers and other stakeholders to drive alignment on data-related client escalations.
  • Partner with Product Content to ensure Addepar Help Site is accurate and up to date.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve internal processes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of work experience in the financial investment/advisory/technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, portfolio accounting, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Client-centric, team-oriented, and forward-thinking approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical skills preferred in MS Suite, Salesforce, Atlassian, SQL, Python, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other financial services systems.
