Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Trading Services Solutions Consultant to lead and execute implementation projects, onboarding new clients to the Addepar Trading Platform. The consultant will provide white-glove training and project management, ensuring client experience maximization and overall company success.This role involves:

• Leading and completing implementation projects for new clients.
• Training clients on platform best practices.
• Creating detailed Solutions Design and Project Plan documentation.
• Solving customer concerns and ensuring issue resolution.
• Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Superior communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in math, financial equations/terminology, and database setup.
• Experience with help desk/CRM (Salesforce) and remote support tools.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
