Alts Data Management (ADM) Solutions Consultant

Addepar is seeking an ADM Solutions Consultant to facilitate the onboarding and implementation process for Addepar ADM (Alternatives Data Management). The consultant will work directly with Addepar clients, guiding them through the process of onboarding alternatives data through the ADM solution. They will lead ADM projects through client management, project management, and solution design.

The ideal candidate has experience in a related financial domain as well as consulting, project management, and technology. The ADM Solutions Consultant is expected to display self-reliance, leadership qualities, and the ability to collaborate with other Addepar teams. They must possess a deep understanding of our target markets and the clients we serve.

What this role involves:

• Onboarding and implementing ADM for Addepar clients, leading project management, solution design, and execution.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prioritizing and context-switching effectively to lead simultaneous projects.
• Identifying and driving opportunities to improve current processes and standard methodologies.
• Connecting with clients in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years professional experience working in finance, technology, project management, and/or consulting
• Solution-oriented approach and a passion for problem solving
• Experience with project management
• Experience working with alternative investment data
• Strong work ethic, proactive, and a high contributing teammate
• Independent, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience with the Addepar platform is a plus
