Job Description
InMobi is seeking a Lead - Finance Controllership to join their team in Bengaluru. InMobi is a leading provider of content, monetization, and marketing technologies. The finance team is looking for a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in Consolidation and Financial Reporting. The role involves streamlining processes and ensuring compliance across geographies.
Role involves:
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly investor reporting templates
- Monthly book closure and reconciliations
- Evaluation of business transactions for accounting under IFRS
- Preparation of accounting memos
- Impact analysis of new IFRS standards
- End-to-end management of statutory and internal audits
- Coordination with legal, secretarial, and tax teams
- Coordination with regional teams for accounting matters
- Periodic review of risk matrix and control framework
- Driving automation and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant certification
- 3-5 years of experience in Consolidation and Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Experience with statutory and internal audits
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience with automation and operational efficiency initiatives
