Job Description
InMobi is seeking a Lead HR Generalist to join their team in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for managing people operations, driving people programs, and providing business partnership to various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and excellent analytical skills.
Role involves:
- Managing workforce data on the internal HRIS portal (SuccessFactors).
- Co-owning people metrics and governance.
- Managing the Exit Management Process.
- Enhancing employee experience through process streamlining and automation.
- Partnering with HRBP/COE units to manage and execute central people programs.
- Engaging with employees to gather sentiment and co-own action planning.
- Partnering with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP teams to drive workforce AOP creation and governance.
- Resolving and managing employee queries and grievances.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with Excel.
- Solutioning mindset and ability to think out of the box.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Empathy and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and HRIS portals (SuccessFactors preferably).
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist role.
