Lead - Learning & Organizational Development

Job Description

InMobi is seeking a Lead in Learning & Organizational Development to join their team in Bangalore. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing key learning & development programs to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and lead to strategic impact. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and timelines.In this role, the Lead will be involved in:

• Establishing roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables to drive execution as per program design.
• Ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Working across dependencies, while monitoring possible risks and issues with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Liaising between internal teams and external partners.
• Facilitating regular check-ins, reporting, and executive updates.
• Tracking impact metrics and key success factors.
• Gathering feedback and conducting retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimizing processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency and scalability.
• Driving accountability and ownership across program initiatives through review dashboard.
• Executing end-to-end “Essential Training” with a high completion score.
• Liaising for and executing for internal audit reviews.

Requirements for this role include:

• Strong program management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive alignment, solve problems, and make timely decisions.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project).
• Proficiency in working with Reporting and Data Analytics tool (eg. Power BI).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Bachelor in Business Management and or related field Diploma in HR/ Training.
• Education in engineering will be advantageous to the role.
• 4 years of experience in the Learning and Organizational Development function.
• Experience of working on LMS platforms and Success Factors.
