Job Description
InMobi is seeking a Lead Talent Development Partner to join their team and contribute to the core talent development strategy for over 2000 employees globally. This role involves building the overall talent strategy and translating the talent philosophy into meaningful programs and experiences. The Talent Development Partner will provide support across design, execution, change management, communication, measurement, and program management.
What this role involves: - Designing scalable talent development programs aligned with InMobi’s talent philosophy.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to evolve strategies on performance & growth and lead annual performance reviews.
- Developing talent programs for leadership, succession planning, high-potential development, career tools, and internal mobility.
- Creating and managing programs, communications, learning resources, and engagement strategies for effective rollout.
- Leveraging industry trends, tracking metrics, and assessing the effectiveness of talent programs.
Requirements: - 4-5+ years in HR or Talent Development, experienced in large-scale initiatives with varied stakeholder landscape and change management.
- Skilled in creating career development frameworks and internal talent marketplaces.
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Good systems orientation and hands-on experience with tools/systems is preferred.
- Certification in one or more psychometric assessments (Hogan, MBTI, Disc, SHL or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a flexible and self-directed approach.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Organizational Effectiveness / HR is preferred.
