Job Description
InMobi is seeking a Senior Associate, Rewards to join their team in Bangalore. In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating salary ranges, working with data to make compensation recommendations, and ensuring the accuracy of compensation information in HRIS and compensation systems. They will also participate in global compensation surveys, support the annual compensation cycle, and produce data reports to inform compensation decisions.
