Job Description
InMobi is seeking a Growth Lead to spearhead efforts to expand 1Weather’s user base, improve retention, and maximize user engagement. The Growth Lead will combine strategy, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to achieve ambitious growth targets. He will work closely with product, marketing, content and engineering teams to unlock growth opportunities and ensure 1Weather remains a leader in the competitive weather app space.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy.
- Designing and managing data-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
- Optimizing app store presence to improve visibility and conversion rates (ASO).
- Building personalized user engagement strategies.
- Setting and monitoring KPIs to measure the success of growth initiatives.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Mentoring and guiding team members focused on growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in growth, marketing, or product roles.
- Proven track record in scaling user bases for apps or digital platforms.
- Expertise in paid acquisition channels and organic growth.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Deep understanding of growth loops, funnel optimization, and retention metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
