Job Description
InMobi is seeking a Director-Publisher Development to lead the strategic growth of existing publisher partnerships. This role focuses on innovation and identifying high-value opportunities across InMobi Group's multi-platform suite. The Director will collaborate with publisher partners and internal teams to create new, multi-dimensional deals that drive scalable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Expand high-value publisher relationships.
  • Craft, negotiate, and close custom, complex, and strategic deals.
  • Build deep, trusted advisor-level relationships with senior publisher stakeholders.
  • Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle.
  • Act as the connective tissue across internal BD, CSM, product, marketing, and analytics teams.
  • Track emerging industry trends and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Build an annual strategic action plan for key accounts.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or publisher growth roles.
  • A track record of structuring and closing transformational partnerships.
  • Exceptional deal-making skills.
  • Strategic clarity with a high "doer quotient".
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to influence C-level decisions.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
