Staff Data Scientist I

Job Description

InMobi is seeking a talented Staff Data Scientist I to join their team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Ad Tech, AI/ML, and Data Science, with a focus on large-scale applications. They should be comfortable with big data processing and cloud computing environments.

Role Involves:

• Leading data science efforts for InMobi DSP.
• Project ideation and conceptualization.
• Solution design, measurement, and iteration.
• Coaching and deployment management.
• Data analysis and model development.
• Stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor's with additional experience.
• 7-10 years of work experience in a quantitative field with model building and validation.
• Experience in Ad Tech is a plus.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with the big data ecosystem and Apache Spark.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud/Vertex AI is a bonus.
• Excellent technical and business communication skills.
