Job Description
LivePerson is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide support to enterprise-level customers. The Senior Support Engineer will troubleshoot technical issues, act as a subject matter expert in Open Platform, and collaborate with internal teams. They will also communicate with customers via chat, analyze recurring issues, and mentor team members. LivePerson fosters an inclusive workplace culture and encourages innovation.

The role involves:
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Open Platform.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customer issues.
  • Providing insights and feedback to development and service teams.
  • Collaborating with product developers.
  • Communicating via chat channel for new and existing issues.
  • Analyzing recurring issues and contributing to the development of processes.
  • Mentoring and educating team members.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tier 3/4 Support Engineer or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise-level customers.
  • Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies and protocols.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting APIs, SDK, and Mobile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be on-call for high-severity issues.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
  • Proactive self-learner.
  • Strong self-management skills.
