Job Description
LivePerson is seeking a dynamic Senior Mid Market Account Executive to focus on the South East territory. This role involves driving new business pipeline growth from existing accounts and new markets. The Account Executive will cultivate customer relationships, manage customer P&Ls, and ensure LivePerson meets revenue and EBIT objectives.
Role Involves:
- Establishing and driving a new business pipeline.
- Managing customer P&Ls to meet revenue and EBIT objectives.
- Maintaining subject matter expertise on LivePerson technology.
- Participating in strategic cross-functional innovation projects.
- Owning and driving customer contracts and renewals.
- Managing customer communication and solution adoption.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of account executive and management experience.
- Experience in SaaS, management consulting, software, or technology.
- Experience working with C-level Client executives.
- Excellent client relationship, team leadership, and delivery skills.
- Excellent business data analysis and modeling expertise.
- Strong analytical, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
