LivePerson is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to focus on Financial Services in the North East. The ideal candidate will acquire new relationships with Fortune 500 companies and foster connections with the existing client base. They will build trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision-makers, helping customers maximize the value of their LivePerson investments.

Role involves:
  • Developing key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and driving the overall long-term strategy for the account.
  • Devising and executing a robust sales strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients.
  • Engaging with existing and prospect organizations to position LivePerson products.
  • Developing a strategic point of view with brands, enhancing their current customer experience.
  • Navigating complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and buyer groups.
  • Developing detailed account plans for prospects and existing clients.
  • Utilizing strategic account management techniques to nurture existing client relationships.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams and subject matter experts.

Requirements:
  • 10-12+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
  • 4+ years of experience selling complex business applications/technology.
  • 4+ years as a specialist in financial services.
  • Experience attracting and engaging with Fortune 100 organizations at the CxO level.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales acumen with a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a drive to contribute to business growth.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing company selling innovative products.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
