Job Description

Capco, a global technology and business consultancy focused on the financial services and energy sectors, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for a role based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Capco prides itself on supporting and accelerating its employees' careers.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to processes within the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating indicators from the analysis and segmentation of results.
• Implementing and monitoring task and demand management processes.
• Issuing monthly reports on service indicators, including executive summaries and performance analysis.
• Implementing and monitoring problem management processes.
• Evaluating process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensuring the implementation of procedures and operation scripts.
• Proposing incident-related communications.
• Consolidating records and documents for internal audits and investigations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Post-graduate degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in service or project management in large organizations.
• Knowledge of Office365 tools.
• Familiarity with risk and IT management frameworks (e.g., Cobit, RiskIT).
• Knowledge of Information Security standards (ISO 2700 family, ISO 15999).
• Project Management skills.
• Technical English proficiency (spoken and written).
