Analista de Operações/ Híbrido - Macaé

Job Description

Capco is seeking an Analyst of Operations to join their team. Capco is a global business and technology consultancy dedicated to the financial services and energy industries. The candidate will work alongside Sectoral Management providing support to service routines, in the areas of planning, monitoring, management and control of operations. They will monitor and address deviations, interacting with stakeholders, recording information in the system, and issuing reports in accordance with the established governance for each type of demand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Administration, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Development, or Information Technology Management.
• Active registration in the respective Class Council.
• Four years of experience in the duties defined above.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP system.
• Knowledge in the use of BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for information processing and generation of management reports.
• Knowledge of BW system.
