Job Description

Capco is seeking a Project Analyst to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role is on a hybrid basis. The Project Analyst will be responsible for PMO of the Strategic Project Program, leading the team and ensuring the execution of prioritized initiatives.

Role involves:

• Coordinating activities and ensuring alignment with the strategic committee.
• Implementing and ensuring program governance, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Maintaining good interpersonal relationships and promoting integration between different areas involved.
• Ensuring report and visibility of initiatives, guaranteeing clear and objective information for stakeholders.
• Developing and monitoring progress reports, promoting transparency and alignment of expectations.
• Using project management tools, focusing on planning, control and efficient execution of initiatives.
• Reporting directly to the Sector Manager, however, ensuring adequate communication up to the executive management level.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management and governance of complex programs.
• Advanced knowledge of planning and management tools, such as Microsoft Project and Planner.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different hierarchical levels.
• Experience in reporting and visibility of initiatives, ensuring transparency and control of information.
• Competence to interact and report to high-level stakeholders, including executive management.
• Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Organized profile, with focus on results and problem solving.
• Bachelor's Degree: Production Engineering.
• Postgraduate degree with a minimum workload of 360 hours.
