Job Description

Capco is seeking an Analista de Projetos (Planejamento Tático) to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role involves critical analysis of projects, evaluating resources, organization, and action plans. The analyst will recommend execution strategies and technologies, optimize scope and duration, and promote new technologies and best practices.

Role Involves:

• Orienting and revising the execution of activities and operational tasks related to the structuring, management, and monitoring of action plans.
• Analyzing complex problems involved in projects, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements in standards and processes.
• Analyzing the preparation, development, management, control, revisions, and monitoring of project demands.
• Projecting PMB plans (up to 90 days), Tactical Planning (18 months), UMS Companies, Scheduled and Unscheduled Shutdowns, hiring plans, and material supply plans.

Requirements:

• Experience in critical analysis of projects.
• Graduation in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, Statistics, or other related areas.
• Post-Graduation with a minimum of 360 hours in Logistics Management, Materials, Supplies, or other related areas.
