Job Description
Capco is seeking an Analista de Projetos to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This is a hybrid role. The Analista de Projetos will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources and work stages, negotiating with other management teams, and forming partnerships. They will also analyze management demands, control business results, and focus on optimizing operational processes of offshore platforms and managing indicators.
Role Involves:
- Structuring internal audits in management systems to assess the solidity and control of business processes.
- Controlling vacation planning, ASOs, and delivery of process indicator results within deadlines.
- Managing and monitoring action plans.
- Analyzing complex problems involving projects.
- Recommending execution strategies and technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience in planning, organizing, and managing resources and work stages.
- Skills in negotiating with other management teams and forming partnerships.
- Autonomy to seek self-knowledge.
- Strategic vision and a flexible attitude to change the means to achieve goals.
- Graduation in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, or related areas.
- Post-Graduation with a minimum workload of 360 hours.
