Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This role is hybrid, requiring a blend of remote and on-site work. The Senior Project Analyst will be responsible for structuring and monitoring action plans and schedules for UMS projects, critically analyzing the resources involved, defining actions, organizing, and setting deadlines. They will also conduct critical analysis of complex problems in projects, proposing solutions and improvements to applied processes and standards.

• Structuring and monitoring action plans and schedules for UMS projects.
• Analyzing complex project problems and proposing solutions.
• Managing the development, control, revisions, and monitoring of project demands.
• Coordinating UMS campaigns and supervising scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns.
• Evaluating and optimizing the use of resources to ensure projects meet operational requirements and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience with Project Management and Operational Planning.
• Proven experience in SAP/R3, PM and MM modules.
• Knowledge in Primavera and/or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Environ/Navis Works.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Forms.
• Experience in Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator or related areas.
• Postgraduate degree in Project Management or other areas related to the specialty.
