Capco is seeking an Analyst of Systems to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. Capco is a global technology and business consultancy firm focused on the financial services and energy sectors. The company prides itself on helping its clients and supporting its employees' career growth.

The Analyst of Systems will be responsible for analyzing the integration of technological services and will work on-site in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as an interface with ICT for infrastructure and logical systems issues.
• Working with ICT in testing, validation, and acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Identifying and resolving performance issues in environments and systems used.
• Performing remote tests on systems and equipment, analyzing protocols, logs, and other information to segment failures.
• Creating, maintaining, and modifying scripts in monitoring and security management tools.
• Supporting the design and maintenance of solution architecture.
• Supporting the adoption of low-code tools or others to propose solutions that support operations, such as automations to simplify work routines.
• Interacting with suppliers in terms of support activities and technological improvements related to the solutions used.
• Analyzing and supporting the correction of equipment configuration related to corporate security in partnership with ICT.
• Maintaining and designing alarms related to corporate security monitoring, including equipment and local facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Post-Graduation in Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in service management or project management in large organizations.
• Knowledge of Unix, Windows, IOS, and Android operating systems.
• Knowledge of Change Management, Capacity Management, and Incident Management processes (ITIL).
• Knowledge of IT and Telecommunications Network and Infrastructure Management.
• Knowledge of ICT Operation (ITIL).
• Technical English (spoken and written).
