The role involves:

• Supporting service routines in performance analysis.
• Monitoring and addressing deviations.
• Interacting with stakeholders.
• Recording data in systems.
• Issuing reports according to governance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering, Statistics).
• Registration in the respective Class Council.
• Six years of experience in defined responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP system.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire).
• Knowledge of BW system.
