Role Involves:
- Managing and organizing internal processes.
- Providing strategic and operational support to different areas.
- Controlling documents, contracts, and internal processes.
- Developing and implementing strategies for talent attraction, selection, and retention.
- Creating and managing initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and team engagement.
- Planning and controlling the operational chain.
- Managing suppliers, processes, and resources.
- Controlling and planning finances.
- Analyzing costs, budgets, and preparing strategic financial reports.
- Ensuring accounting compliance with fiscal and regulatory norms.
Requirements:
- Updated medical report (as per Law nº 8.213/91).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the area of interest.
- Skills and competencies according to the desired position.
- Commitment to values of inclusion, respect, and collaboration.
- Knowledge of English (desirable).
