Role Involves:

  • Managing and organizing internal processes.
  • Providing strategic and operational support to different areas.
  • Controlling documents, contracts, and internal processes.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for talent attraction, selection, and retention.
  • Creating and managing initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and team engagement.
  • Planning and controlling the operational chain.
  • Managing suppliers, processes, and resources.
  • Controlling and planning finances.
  • Analyzing costs, budgets, and preparing strategic financial reports.
  • Ensuring accounting compliance with fiscal and regulatory norms.

Requirements:

  • Updated medical report (as per Law nº 8.213/91).
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the area of interest.
  • Skills and competencies according to the desired position.
  • Commitment to values of inclusion, respect, and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of English (desirable).
