Business Analyst – Counterparty Credit Risk

Job Description

Capco Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Credit Counterparty Risk. The role involves analyzing, assessing, and mitigating credit counterparty risks to ensure the bank's financial stability and compliance. The candidate will collaborate with various departments, monitor risk metrics, develop risk models, and prepare risk assessment reports.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of credit counterparty risk exposures.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data related to credit risk.
• Monitor and report on credit counterparty risk metrics and trends.
• Develop and maintain risk models and frameworks to assess credit counterparty risk.
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve risk management practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit counterparty risk management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector, with a focus on credit counterparty risk.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit risk.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
