Business Analyst | Custody Operations

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Custody Operations team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets and experience delivering change initiatives for leading financial services clients. • Work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives.
• Define and overcome complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Gather performance, functional, user stories, and business process requirements.
• Analyze operational and financial data.
• Communicate project statuses to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a consultant or BA/PM.
• Knowledge of the trade lifecycle, custody, and fund admin operations.
• Experience carrying out projects for trade lifecycle, settlement, or custody systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage.
