Business Analyst | Energy and Utility

Job Description

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the delivery of projects and work on client sites to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading clients across the Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors. He/she will be responsible for analysis, design, and consulting support, as well as developing an understanding of our client’s strategic direction and issues.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications.
• Identifying gaps between the current state and future state.
• Proposing enhancements to current business processes, reports, and applications.
• Being the liaison between business and technical users.
• Delivering and managing projects and communicating project statuses to senior management.

Capco is looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a consultant with a top management consulting firm
• Experience managing different projects within energy, utility, or oil & gas firms from initiation to completion is a must
• Experience in financial services will be a plus
• Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
