Business Analyst - Financial Services

The Business Analyst will collaborate with various teams, including Business, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology, to analyze and develop business and technical requirements. The role involves formulating effective ways of working and identifying and reporting risks, issues, and dependencies within an agile environment.

Role Involves:

• Defining and writing high-level epics, features, and stories.
• Working with stakeholders to incorporate people, process, and technology capabilities.
• Understanding and applying work to the user journey and target design.
• Recommending areas for change and supporting business improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services or Consultancy.
• Practical experience in discovery and delivery projects.
• Understanding of business process redesign and improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
