Capco is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join their team in Edinburgh and Glasgow, focusing on Capital Markets. The role involves advising and delivering change projects as part of a strategic partnership with financial institutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify improvements, drive Agile methodologies, and collaborate across the business.

Role Involves:

• Working in a team of Capco and client colleagues.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to improve ways of working.
• Driving the use of Agile methodologies.
• Recommending areas for change and supporting business development.
• Collaborating with all parts of the business including 3rd parties.

Requirements:

• Experience working within Financial Services (Capital Markets domain expertise) as a Business Analyst.
• Experience of process mapping/process re-engineering.
• Ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis.
• Change Management Methodology experience.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Change Management Implementation experience.
• Requirements Gathering skills.
• Data Interpretation skills.
• Strong academic record and problem-solving skills.
