Lead Product Analyst - Virality at Cleo

Cleo is seeking a Lead Product Analyst to join their Growth pillar, focusing on virality and optimizing product-led growth channels. This individual will be part of a cross-functional squad, working alongside a product manager, user researcher, designer, and engineers. The Lead Product Analyst will bring a technical, product-led approach to Cleo's growth and virality loop, breaking down elements of acquisition and lifetime value, investigating and improving understanding, running experiments, and collaborating with teams across the business to drive metrics forward. They will also be part of Cleo's data function, which includes Machine Learning Engineers, Product Analysts, and Analytic Engineers.

Role involves:

• Enabling the rapid growth of Cleo's business.
• Defining key virality metrics and tracking KPIs.
• Leading the measurement of ROI, incrementality, and cannibalisation of new viral initiatives.
• Influencing the roadmap of product teams through data-based recommendations.
• Applying graph theory and building network models.
• Working closely with engineers to ensure relevant data collection.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis within a digital product environment.
• Experience with funnel analysis and product improvements via data insights.
• Track record of success in viral products or referral programs.
• Experience conducting large-scale A/B experiments.
• Excellent SQL and Python skills, with experience in predictive and/or graph models.
• Knowledge of statistics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
