Capco is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their team and deliver exciting projects across the Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise and knowledge of the Insurance industry, including General Insurance, Insurance Claims, London Market, and/or Life & Pensions. The Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for shaping and defining business problems, delivering solutions, and managing project activities. They will also ensure the integrity and alignment of solutions with business needs and contribute to the development of the business analyst/project manager community.
Role Involves:
- Shaping and defining the true business problem, opportunity, and associated requirement, covering People, Process and Technology.
- Delivering solutions that resolve the business problem and setting out impacts and risks.
- Delivering the business analysis/project management activities on projects and programmes.
- Integrity and alignment of the proposed and chosen solutions with business needs.
- Developing and professionalising themselves and the business analyst/project manager community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Analysis with strong data analytical skills (data modelling preferable but not essential), or proven experience in Project Management working with MI.
- Experience working with API integrations and Snowflake Platforms.
- Effective Communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and leaders.
- Have a strong understanding of product management and be able to influence others when creating a roadmap, ensuring there is a balance between regulatory, growth and business-as-usual activity.
- Knowledge of Insurance Industry and working with third-party vendors is essential.
- Bachelor“s degree or equivalent and Professional Business Analysis/Project Manager Certification preferred.
