Job Description

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Business Analyst to work on projects related to Capital & Investment Market. The candidate will be based in Bengaluru or Chennai and should have 7+ years of experience. Capco is a global technology and management consulting firm that works with major players in the banking, financial, and energy sectors.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for innovative thinking, delivery excellence and thought leadership to help Capco's clients transform their business.

Role Involves:

• Investment Banking/ Capital Markets experience
• Gap analysis / coming up with the problem statement (qualitative & technical;)
• Develop different options / assess the options (Pros and cons)
• Expand on the chosen solution option ---> flesh it out in detail
• Implement the change / change management skills
• Communication (oral and presentation)

Requirements:
